- Creator Responsibility: Each creator is legally responsible for the content they share. Posting explicit content featuring another person without their explicit consent violates our Terms of Service.
- Verification: We verify the age and identity of individuals featured in explicit content and confirm their consent before allowing it to be shared.
- Swift Action: Suspected NCII is promptly removed, and users involved face investigation, suspension, or permanent bans. We work with law enforcement to support investigations and prosecutions.
- User Verification: All PlayHouse users are verified, enabling us to provide law enforcement with valuable information for their investigations.
