Payouts usually take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account, but in some cases it can take up to 10 business days.
If more than 10 days have passed since your payment was processed and you haven't received it, please email us at email@example.com. Include a downloaded copy of your bank statement that shows your bank details and evidence that the payment hasn't been received. We'll then investigate further. If you're located outside the US, you'll need to ask our Support team for the Destination Trace ID of your deposits. This number will be needed by your bank to trace your payment.
