Your application might have been rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
- The selfie with your government-issued, non-expired photo ID was of poor quality.
- The image of your government-issued, non-expired photo ID or passport was of poor quality.
- The provided ID is expired or will expire within the next 30 days.
- The provided ID is invalid, damaged (hole-punched, cracked/taped, cut-up), or not government-issued.
- The ID provided does not contain the holder's photo.
- A secondary form of ID is required (preferably an international passport with English characters).
- Images of both the front and back of your government-issued ID are required.
- Verification via additional social media platforms is required (you can complete this step by linking your Twitter account or allowing access for verification to another platform such as Instagram or Facebook).
- The cover image or profile photo does not match your identity or is misleading/confusing; please note that for any third-party content, you must submit:
- The Creator’s ID; and
- The Creator's selfie photo with matching ID; and
- A Creator release form; and
- The Creator's selfie photo with the signed release form.
- The cover image and profile photo contain nudity or sexual material.
- The account application was submitted for two or more creators, and all necessary documents were not provided.
- The submitted account promotes unlawful escort services, which are prohibited by our Terms and Conditions.
- The submitted account suggests direct contact with fans, which is prohibited by our Terms and Conditions.
- The account suggests third-party payment processors or services in the About Section, website URL, cover image, or profile photo.
- The account owner is not over the age of 18.
